Payments and Refunds

• You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you use
• Prices for services are set by Berry Haven and may change at any time
• Refunds may be issued at Berry Haven's discretion
• Promotional credits and free minutes are subject to specific terms

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
